Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your reservation, with exclusion of international banking and administration fees in case of prepayment. A 10% fee will be charged for prepaid refunds.
Cancellation within 24 hours and no shows will be charged the full amount. Cancellations within 24 hours have the possibility to reschedule their reservation to a later date up to 12 months after current reservation.
Boat programs that are not offered daily such as the Snorkeltrip and the 1-tank night boat dive have free cancellation up to 48 hours before your reservation and can’t be rescheduled to a later date.
